These terms govern consumer purchases of physical goods through our online store. Shopify provides the commerce platform; Stratton Digital LLC is your seller. Our business correspondence address is not a product return address.
Orders and payment
Before placing an order, review the product, size, colour, quantity, contact and delivery details, and final price. You can correct details before completing checkout. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. The contract language is English.
Prices are displayed in GBP unless checkout expressly shows another supported currency. Payment is requested through checkout when you place the order, subject to the payment provider's authorisation and the information shown there. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation accepting the purchase. We will provide a confirmation and the applicable terms in a format you can keep.
Only payment methods offered for your order at checkout can be used. We are preparing Shopify Payments for launch; card and wallet methods are not active merely because they are described as planned. Availability depends on activation, eligibility, location and device. If a method is not available, contact us before attempting payment.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due without undue delay. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your agreement.
Products, prices and promotions
Product pages describe the goods offered, including the available colour, size and relevant features. Editorial images do not replace the product description or imply that a model is a customer. Goods must match their description and satisfy the legal standards that apply to your purchase.
The checkout amount is the final customer price, including applicable taxes, import and clearance charges. Standard delivery is free for the supported UK and EU destinations. There are no additional import charges payable by the customer on delivery. Optional extras require your agreement. Later price or policy changes do not alter an accepted order retrospectively.
Any promotion applies only to its stated products, dates and conditions. Promotional goods retain the same statutory rights as full-price goods. A campaign title does not itself create a discount on every product.
Delivery, cancellation and product problems
Our shipping policy explains dispatch from China, preparation and delivery estimates. Our returns and refunds policy explains the 14-day right to cancel, return arrangements, refunds and defect remedies. These policies form part of the pre-contract information. Use our online cancellation and return page or send a clear notice by email or post.
Using a supplier, payment provider or carrier does not transfer Valcourt's obligations as seller to you or to that provider. Instructions from support do not limit a legal cancellation or refund right.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights relating to goods, payments and delivery. We remain responsible for our legal and contractual obligations.
Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union retain the mandatory protections applicable to their purchase. Our US incorporation does not remove those protections. These terms do not require you to bring a claim exclusively in the United States or prevent you from using a court or dispute resolution route available under applicable law.
Privacy, questions and complaints
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. Marketing consent is separate from accepting a purchase or submitting a support request.
