Use the online order service to submit a cancellation or return request and receive an email confirmation. You do not need to give a reason to exercise your statutory right to cancel.

Open your orders, select the relevant order and follow the cancellation or return options shown for your items. You may need to sign in using the email address used at checkout. If an option is unavailable, contact us using the details below.
After submitting a request through this online order flow, you receive a confirmation email. Submitting a request does not issue an immediate refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by the options shown in your account.
Other ways to contact us
You may also send any clear cancellation statement by email or post, including the optional model form in our returns and refunds policy. Using that model form is not required. Include enough information to identify your purchase. We will acknowledge electronic notices without undue delay.
The address below is for business correspondence and does not accept product returns. Contact us for the return destination and instructions; you do not need to wait for approval to give your cancellation notice.
